Brands and authenticity
BuyByBW does not search for or purchase products when a blocked brand is explicitly detected and authenticity or sales authorization cannot be verified. A warning may appear before the search. The control list evolves and is not exhaustive.
Checks at several stages
The absence of a search warning does not guarantee acceptance. An item may still be refused during purchase, warehouse receipt, inspection or parcel preparation if a legal, customs, safety or transport risk is identified.
Cancellation and refund
When an item cannot be purchased or processed, BuyByBW may cancel the request and refund the relevant amounts under the applicable refund terms. Costs already incurred with a seller or carrier remain subject to that service’s rules.
Customer responsibility
Customers must check that an item is permitted in their country and provide accurate information. Customs authorities and carriers retain their own power to inspect, refuse, seize or destroy goods.
